​​​The CEOM is the entity responsible for coordinating the management, operation and maintenance of the ZLT Infante D. Henrique and its mission is to support operational experimentation in the Navy, combining the capabilities and knowledge necessary for the Navy and partner entities in research, development and experimentation work in an interdisciplinary way, aiming at the development of emerging technologies and contributing to scientific development and innovation in the Navy.​​​
